On Super Avengers:

Do different years have different numeration markings?

I see some with regular numbers 1-12

and some that just have metal lines instead of numbers.

My question - Is this indicative of the year it was produced/sold??

The SA comes with either batons or Arabic numbers. It bears no indication of what year it was produced.

There have been 4 dials to date. The first you posted, with the 'small wings'. Then another identical dial with 'big wings'.

Followed by the batons (my picture) and finally the Stencil which looks like the first one kinda but with a break in the number (Skyland style)

Not really. They were introduced at different times, but they aren't one year runs so you can't say that a watch is a (say) 2006 with a certain dial

I thought that the batons were an older model?!....Anyway, I see that some of the ADs employees aren't that knowledgeable!

You can still buy batons today.

The only real way is through Breitling. It always used to cost a fortune - think $1,200 - $1,500 because they also insisted on a full service. However there have been a couple of members who got considerably better quotes in the last couple of minths - but not on current models if I remember correctly.

You do see dials on eBay occasionally, though 90% are fake. The problem there is that if the watch gets a dial change by anyone other than Breitling and then the watch goes to them for servicing there is a real chance that they'll change it back!

You can buy OEM dials from diamond castle on ebay. Be forewarned however, most if not all are from dial swaps and can be damaged. Usually run for $250-400.

Very rarely are fake SA dial's online. Very easy to tell if they are not genuine anyway. Only Arabic dials and always bad lume application.

I have a bunch of genuine dials in stock. Unfortunately no baton ones. My dials are for people that either tired of their watch's color or perhaps bought one that wasn't the color they wanted but the deal was too good to pass up.

I would agree that there are very few (I can't even remember seeing one) fake Breitling Super Avenger dials for sale on ebay.

The batons are newer than the original "closed number" arabics but older than the stencils, although I think you still buy all three versions. I think the original arabics are being phased out though.
