Post subject: | Clothing color coordination with Blue Face? |
So i'm trying to decide on a color for my Chronomat Evolution, and regardless of how hard I try to turn away from the Blue w/ Silver Dials, it keeps calling me back. The only thing I am weary of is that I wear alot of black, grey, charcoal etc. and was worried that the watch would clash with most of my clothing. This made me try to get myself to like black, white (I want a motors in white though so i'd like to avoid this), MOP or another color, yet blue always pulls me back. How do you blue face owners feel about my concern? |

I personally think the blue is one of the best colored dials on any Breitling. I also think that shade of blue will look good with anything, even brown. Used to be, people would not think of wearing black/brown or blue/brown together, today anything goes. The overall look of the watch is really how you should judge, and as far as I'm concerned I haven't seen any Breitling that I would hesitate to wear with anything. If you like the blue, then that's the dial color to go with. Wear it with pride! Cheers, Carl |

Get the blue if that's what's calling you. I also got a Superocean Steelfish in blue (waiting for it to arrive). I have to agree with Carl, anything goes these days, and ANY Breitling looks good dressed up. |

Normally you can rely on that if you wear white, black or grey - any color will go with it. Your preferred colors seems to be just black/grey (-ish) and I see no problem with having a blue Breitling with that. Yes, you'll probably get away with anything these days, but then again - some combinations look better than others. Good luck with your Evo! |

ncast, I have a White dial Motors and a Super Avenger with a Blue dial. Nobody will give you any trouble for wearing a Blue dial with your favorite colors. The White dial Motors will go with anything so just make sure you get both. |
