Seen some pics of the new plain rubber strap on deployant, but the japanese Breitling site shows it as being available on tang. Is it?

As stated the new Dive Pro II is available on either the deployant or tang buckle. The Dive Pro I is available only on tang, and the Ocean Racer strap only on deployant.
