Hello I really want to by a Chrono Superocean but my problem is here in the UK it will cost me about 2800 RRP from an AD and from www.interwatches.com i can have it for $2750 dollars plus $80 shipping to the UK this is a huge difference about, £1100 which is you;ll agrre huge. I would rather buy from a AD as when spending alot of money on a watch i like the personal touch you get from a AD they always want to help. I am also worried about any problems with the watch and servicing. Please help with your honest opinions. Regards Brian. |

Well you can see this thread here (which is currently the one below yours) for a start regarding the servicing - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=12798 Interwatches are absolutely fine. Just remember you won't get a Breitling warranty so you will have to pay for any servicing, and you need to factor in VAT and duty if you import it into the UK. 15% VAT, plus a bit for handling charges. If you budget 17% all in you'll fine. |
