| Post subject: | First Breitling! |
I've been trolling on this forum for months now, checking things out - on Saturday I got married (after my getting hit by a car walking my dog on Friday) and my wedding gift from my wife was a black dial Navitimer World on the stainless band! It is so beautiful, stunning watch. I will post pics soon! |

First I'm a dog lover so I hope the pup is okay. Secondly a huge congrats on getting married! Enjoy everyday of it. If you look close even on a bad day you will find a new reason why being married is fantastic! Lastly the world is amazingly gorgeous watch. I keep admiring it... So more pics would be great whenever you get to it. Lastly I hope you check out and stick around. Its a great site for information, pictures and a lot of interesting people. Enjoy.

Thanks for writing guys - I dont have a good camera for doing macro shots, but it seems my g1 google phone works well enough. It has a barcode scanner, so it's ok at the close ups. Here are some pics of the watch, my ring, her rings, our dog and a few of us. |

Congratulations on all counts! Especially for still being in good health after being hit by a car. Lucky guy to have a wife who "supports" and "understands" your love of fine watches. Happy years with your wife and your watch. The more I see of the Navitimer, the more appealing it gets to me. cheers, Carl ps Forgive me for saying, meant as a compliment: Your looks, especially one photo,remind me very much of Django Reihhardt, a very famous French jazz musician, who played amazing guitar. He was in an accident, I believe a fire, at quite an early age, and two of his fingers were paralyzed. He ended up nevertheless developing his very own unique style of playing. He is one of my very favorite jazz musicians. Your wife looks amazing! |

Thank you very much! She's a beautiful woman, we've known eachother for 10 years now. The navitimer is beautifully constructed, substantial in feeling and once you take into consideration its history, I think its an unparalled piece. Congatutltions in more ways than one.Have aWorld with navitimer bracelet and black dial since this past June.Absolutly love it. Have a B1 superquartz for about 4 yewars now. Love it as well.Each has it's own points to love and other things to love that are similar.But the love we have for them is always there.The smiles on everyone in your pics, including the dog,means a happy time for all.Enjoy fellow ling lover.
