All, Quick question. I am looking to add to my Breitling Emergency Collection with the purchase of a Coral Emergency on the Black Diver's Band... I have been told that the retail price lies around $5389. Question. I just moved and have been looking for a new AD in the local area. The one closest to me has a Coral in stock but only will come down about 8.5 percent. ($4935) The problem lies that an AD in Florida - because of my military affiliation is offering me the same watch for $3750. Call me old fashion but i have always bought watches face to face so that i know what i am getting and from whom. What do you think i should do? ( I told the AD here in TX that I could buy it for 3750 in FL and he told me "impossible") The AD in FL is Bere's Jewlers in PCola. I know they are a very good AD but I am just wondering if i am ok buying the watch sight unseen. Thoughts? G. Wellington |

Many people buy from out of state ADs - in fact one of the preferred site ADs Govberg frequently ships out of state for members. If they are an AD then there's no issue. If you want the Govberg contact details PM jnelson3097. For $1,200 - it's a no brainer. |

Absolutely a no-brainer. The only thing that you should do is check with George at Govberg to see if he can beat the FL price. |

I agree with Roff. I'm in the Houston area and the ADs here don't come off much, so I bought mine from a dealer out of state and didn't have any issues at all. I'd do it again especially for the price difference. |

Yeah, I'd do it. Lots of us even HAVE to purchase from out-of-state/country because of no local AD. If you have military ties, you may want to check out sales through AAFES as well. I know a few days ago they were having a massive sale on watches, including Breitilng, on their website. |

dbiner on cue! took you a while tough ![]() ![]() great combo, personally I would think that a reputable AD is just that. So sight unseen or not you have some recourse. I have bought a watch or two from unseen authorized sources and have been very happy, I believe many here would concur. |
