I personally think all breitlings could be pulled off as a classy watch, but there are a ton out there to look through. Some that come to mind are..

Cartier Ronde Solo
Rolex GMT II
Omega DeVille series (a bunch to choose from)

As for showing off the watch, I am a firm believer that if your not wearing a short sleeve shirt you shouldn't go out of your way to show off your watch. If you are wearing a long sleeve it will peak out every once in a while by your movement and if there is anyone around who appreciates watches it will start a conversation. You never want to be that guy who is going out of his way showing off his watch. It may sound crazy but there are times where I wont wear my breitling to work if I am wearing a short sleeve polo.
