So, lately I've been questioning holding onto my AS, and if any of you recall my little bit of drama trying to pick one up, you probably think me crazy!
Anyhoo... I'm not sure why, and some of it may be due to the polished SS, (I'm not a fan of the too shiny and the attention), but I've had thoughts of moving it on.
After looking at recent second hand prices coming up, I'd be losing out big time... And that alone has been pushing down the feelings of selling it.
Continued underlying desires for a POC haven't been helping any though...
So yesterday I was heading out with the wife for some errands ( bought a snapper riding mower- oh yeah!)....sorry, side tracked...
And I put my OR strap on the AS and was instantly filled with satisfaction and I felt completely like , ahh, now the AS still has it's place in my collection! The black OR just accents the black dial and toned down all the blingyness.
I love how a strap change can make all the difference!

Down to a humble three...

I am in the final stages of "which watch to get next syndrome" and have narrowed down to either a CSO or AS (both with black faces). I went to my AD intent on a CSO, but I ended up falling in love with the AS. However, the one thing holding me back is it is just too much bling for an everyday watch - Legmaker, I get it .

So, I thought about leather or the OR, and I got to say that I think I really really like the OR - less bling and the clasp is very cool . I like the dressier look but still toned down look of the leather, but I also found the leather very stiff in the store and the leather also appears to be much smaller than either the steel or the OR - not sure why, maybe it is the stitching lines that are throwing me off . My only concern with the OR is what to do when I need to "dress up", so maybe the solution is to get both the OR and a leather strap

Also, I think I want to see the new Avenger with the metalic stenciling and batons rather than the white of the AS... decisions, decisions .
