Tonight I stopped by my AD, they were having a private party. I ordered a SA! I had seen one there a week or so ago, but I wanted to wait for the event, and it was gone{I expected it to be gone anyway}. I spoke to a Breitling rep and according to him, the Super Avenger is their most popular watch. He said anywhere from 3 to 5 month wait for my Ling. I did get the new Chronolog and price list, and he gave me a brown Breitling cap. Anyway, I am psyched to get my second Ling. I will keep you informed on any news on my order.

Yes they are, I ordered the SA with the white dial and professional II bracelet. It was only two months ago when I got my CA, but I just could not resist getting this Ling! I will be on "probation" after this one!

I always say "This will be the last one for a while!" and then I end up buying another one.

Good thing right now i'm really into spending all my money on clothing, it keeps the watch buying at bay!

Thanks for all of the kind words....it would definitley make my Christmas if the SA arrives soon, but I am not holding my breath.
Quick question to throw out....How durable is the SA compared to my CA?
I wear the CA to work every day, and besides some very light scratches on the clasp, its wearing very well. I work counter sales at a leading wholesaler.

i think steel is more durable than titanium. but don't mind my CA shows some age in the future. it is just the nature of the material. we will get old someday as well...

Skipp1,

Congrats on your new purchase I own a blue dial SA and absolutely love it.

Looking foward to seeing some pix when the watch arrives.

I've been thinking about buying a white dial Ling for awhile now.

I got a call from my AD. It looks like I may have to wait only a month, great news since I was told 3 to 5 months. Still, would love to get it by Christmas.
I saw an 18k EVO the other day at work! MOP face, he took it off his wrist and let me try it on :!: Said he paid 36k 3 years ago. WOW...that was something else!

My SA is my only B (sad to say). I wear it every day...always.....non stop. I have had it since Aug. 17 07'. Mine is the white dial as well. Do not worry about wearing it and its durability. Wear it and LOVE IT!!!!! On a side note....seeing how popular the SA is right now I really wish they would stop making them. I know that's a kick in the balls to all those who are looking to get one, but imagine the resale ten years from now if they did!

Just funnin'. If you want an SA...GET IT...!!!!!!! I could not love mine more!

Well folks...Christmas came early for me tonight!!
My wife surprised me with my SA :D :!:

I am so suprised that it came in as quick as it did, and to top it off, was able to get a 10% discount. The SA is awesome!
