I just purchased my first breitling on ebay last night. Tell me what you think. Did I get a good deal? I know this is going to need some service so offer some suggestions. Hmmm overall, it looks like the real mccoy since you can see the blue coating on the crystal, but unfortunately it looks as if the seller has never serviced this timepiece even though it appears it's been more than 5+ years since it was purchased by him. I don't think the points can be replaced, the entire bezel needs to be replaced, it shouldn't be difficult just unscrew the screws and screw on the new bezel. |

See my response on your other post on this topic (General Watch Discussion). You should be able to replace the rider tabs without replacing the whole bezel - they are screw in tabs on this model as far as I know, but it's an early model Chronomat, not a Chrono Cockpit. |
