Just found out that my AD's competent and very professional Breitling certified watchmaker
is unable to do a complete overhaul on my Bentley.
His manager told me that the Bentleys must be shipped to the "Toronto Service center" :( .

In all honesty, I feel very comfortable with this guy and am a bit upset with the whole situation.
Are ALL watchmakers competent at Grigoros? Will I get a rookie to work on my watch?

I have heard horror stories about some of them (at Grigoros) just being BAD....
Especially when it comes to polishing the case :?

Once I get an estimate, I will call Grigoros (the managers names are Donovan and Jerry)
to discuss the details/concerns....

Can I demand to have it sent to BUSA?
I'm VERY concerned....Anyone have an idea?

Complete overhaul is done only in service centers.

All the Grigoros watchmakers that work on Breitling are factory certified - just like BUSA.

How old is the Bently? Why did it need an overhaul?

Thanks Roff.

With the recent popularity of Breitling watches, I don't understand why the service center is not called Breitling Canada (BCAN).... It sounds much more professional :lingsrock:

I'm not sure that Zenith, Ebel, Pamigiani, Bucherer, Oris, Porsche Design, UN, etc, etc, etc would agree that Breitling Canada was a good name!
