Nice find.
If I remember well there were talk about some "US Government" or Secret Service LE Colt (this one appears to be a SE).
Can't remember was that this one or some other on some other Colt model.

Nice looking piece, but I wonder if he'll get the price he's expecting. $1500 starting bid and a reserve? Going rate for a 'normal' version of that watch is probably less than $1500.

Sold for $2200.00.
Don't know if that's a good or bad price.
Certainly more than a "normal" Colt GMT would fetch but I wonder, say 20-30 years from now if it wouldn't be looked at as actually a little bit of Presidential history.
