I am considering upgrading my 42mm black polished superocean to a new steeelfish. Does anyone have any suggestions before I take the plunge. I'm a bit concerned about the thickness and weight of the fish for everyday use.

If you can wear a Superocean, you can probably handle a Steelfish
with no problem. It's very easy to get used to. I wear mine daily, and
though it makes its presence known, it's not heavy or uncomfortable.
I'm wearing it now as I type this, with complete comfort. Get one; you'll love
it. :)

Steve's right, the Fish is very comfortable (even on my 6.5 inch wrist). It doesn't wear large for a 44mm watch.

I have a 7.5" wrist and wear my Steelfish every day. I love it. In fact, it's starting to look a little small. :) Time for a Bentley...

I have a 6.25" wrist and went from a Colt Quartz (which is smaller than a SuperOcean) to a Steelfish no problem.

As Otto mentioned, the Fishy wears smaller than its 44mm would lead you to believe.

Steelfish, absolutely. I'm having problems with my laptop and have tired of typing the original response. Bottomline, you cannot go wrong with it.

I just got my SF 2 weeks ago and its Amazing  I was wearing my Colt II before that and it is a larger watch but not massive. It does make its presence known but not in a bad way :)

I say that the best thing would be to go and try one on!

I hope you find that you it suits you,it seems to be a very well liked watch by everyone who has one :lingsrock:

Well, as everyday watches I went down in size from a Chrono Avenger and Hercules to a 42mm Superocean Chrono and a 42mm Aerospace Avantage... go figure???

i've had a superocean and a steelfish, the superocean was better to wear because the steelfish was bigger and i bumped a couple of times against things... but boths are great "lings'...
