Could someone help me sizing an Ocean racer strap please, I have removed the one side with the ratchet, but the other, I am having a hard time removing the spring bar, is that necessary, or am I missing something.
Cheers.

You should cut one section at a time and alternate sides. So you will have to remove the other spring bar at some point.

I had the same questions when I bought an Ocean Racer when it first became available in 22mm. Here is the thread I posted in: http://www.breitlingsource.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1889.

Basically, you have to squeeze the strap down and work a springbar tool in, the Bergeron mini-fork (the one that also works best for Breitling strap changes) works really well.

Thanks for the help, but I also found out that you can slide the whole strap out of the clasp, making it even easier to take the spring bar out, and then you can slide it back in, but the other side was tough, oh yeah!!!
Cheers!
