was expecting my vintage breitling to arrive today but instead i got a letter from fedex saying i had to call them urgently in Monday grrr. Is this normal?

Did it come from the EU or from overseas? I ask because I'm expecting a watch from England and wonder if I'm going to go through the same thing. |
