I have small wrists 6.25" and I can find a great fit on the bracelet - but I really like the look of the rubber (for an occasional change).

From the pictures I've seen, the rubber looks very long - how long are each of the ends (22mm lugs)?
(...I normally can't wear straps where the buckle end is longer than 75mm.)

Thanks in advance

85mm on the buckle side, 125mm on the long side best I can tell. I have a 7.25 wrist and wear it on the 3rd tightest hole on my Ti Seawolf and Steelfish.

The Ocean Racers I have are cut to 7.25 and I could take another 1.25+ off of them if I needed to. 4x more expensive, but you may get a better fit with the Ocean Racer. The clasp is large on them, so another consideration in trying to decide.

I think you'll find that the buckle side is actually 90mm.

The smallest hole is at 55mm.

Hmm 90mm is way too big - no doubt

...can the Ocean Racer be cut to a 6.25" wrist? Will it look/feel okay?

Again - the bracelet is fine (removed all but one link)...

The OR will certainly get that small - my wife has smaller wrists than you and she doesn't have her OR as small as it will go. It looks fine as far as she (and I) are concerned, but as twylie says, the clasp is fairly big so you should see it in person and make sure that you are OK with that.

The Ocean Racer is a far superior strap IMHO and well worth spending the extra dough - While everyone has their own opinions ansd I dont mean to offend anyone with a diver pro I dont rate that particular strap at all if I'm honest - i think it looks a bit cheap and "in your face"- but then there will be people who dont like the OR or think its a rip off - but thats what different tastes are all about - My OR is the most comfortable fit of all my watches and the clasp is bang on!!

Thank you guys! - that was exactly the info I was looking for :lingsrock:

...and so the hunt begins for a used Ocean Racer (a new one is above 600$ here in DK  )

If you need more confirmation, my wrists are around 6.75" and I wear it on the tightest hole.

You can always get the new diver pro II on a deployment buckle if you'd like. They cost as much as the ocean racer, but don't have those big holes if you don't like that look.

That sounds interesting - there's no harm in checking alternatives to the OR. Do you have a link and/or pictures? :D
