Does anyone know where I can find pictures of the Caliber 44 movement? I'm just interested in knowing what the inside of my BB looks like.

Closest I can find is an article on the ETA base movement, which some people may find interesting:

But I really want to see Breitling's effort. Thanks in advance!

It will look like this -

The B44B is identical to the B44.... just the name of it when it's put in a Bentley model.

Thanks! It's very pretty. I want a display back even more now!

To be pedantic (as is my wont)........

While the B44 will look like the B44B, there are a few differences in the tolerances of parts that Breitling replace.

Is one a better movement than the other?

I would describe the Bentley version as more refined - it's produced to tighter tolerances in order to partially justify the jump in price, but it's difficult to say that it's 'better' - the differences are not really tangible in any practical sense.

They are both COSC movements.
