Just got my Super averger ( Blue) and it has several scratches....

Option 1: Return it to Las swsis in Vancouver BC for Polishing ( 100 ) touch up
Option 2: Buy a Polishing Wheel and do my own.
Option 3: Just leave it and suffer

I selected opt 2:

Ladies and Gentleman......if i told you how easy it is you wont believe it.
I bought a dremel and polishing wheel for 120 + 7 buc for Green Rouge.
Just spin on some rouge and buff.............welllaaaaaaaaaa no more scratches
Dam its so easy its a joke.

My Super Averger will be forever ...........Bling

Oh for my fellow vancouver bc Breitling owners, you can get the green rouge from Lacy west...they are locate in downtown vancouver.

Got to love a DIY job!

So what is this Green Rouge stuff and where would I get it in the US?
My Skyland already has some hairlines and swirls from the bracelet rubbing against itself when I take it off and lay it down or put it in my pocket while at work to avoid messing it up.
It would be nice to do some touch up stuff myself. I already have a couple of dremmels and also two troutman sanders at work.

Any jewelery supply place can get you rouge, just make sure that you get the right colour.

But, for regular swirls it's overkill - Sunshine / Cape Cod cloths are plenty.

Thanks Roff! I will look into the CC cloths first.

Maybe I'm using them wrong but although Cape cod cloths do give my watches a great shine, and removes SOME scratches, under bright light, I still see alot more scratches! How hard/long should I be polishing a section for?!?

Its not just you. They give me a nice shine, but nothing even close to a real polishing.

give it time, you won't be bothered by micro scratches. A dremel will wear your watch over time more than other methods. Besides the moment you wear it again you will get scratches. Don't know about you, but I have a life & even though I love my watch I will not be ruled by it. Enjoy life & polish once in a while to keep it like new

Oh. Just one. Important fact before using the dremel
Be sure to cover all. Moving parts especially the. Chuck becuase this is metal just incase you slip.

In addition to the green rouge. I use. Mothers carnuba car wax to to put a luster .
With this wax there are no abrasive properties.

This is so easy.... I m.going to put. Our fellow. Jewelerys outta business

If you can't find the green rouge. I can pick it up for you
It cost. About 10 bucks. Cad. Due to all the freaken tax in canada
