Thank you all for the kind words. The pocket watch was made by a local manchester based watchmaker in 1900, it's a beautiful piece.

It really is a great piece you have. I ask because a friend of mine was given this as inheritance from his great grandfathers estate back in 1980. And he recently found it in his safe. I am trying to convince him to get it serviced and refurbished back to its old glory. We traced the serial number back to production between 1900-1905. Just incredible thing for him to have.

Wears yours in good health my friend!
