Tom, not sure I am following you, why have the navi's lost you? I thought you loved the 01 LE.

The "they" refers to Breitling, not the Navis.

Yes but I'm not following why Breitling lost him on the Navis?

Sharky just said "but for the Navis, they ( Breitling) has lost me."

So everything but the navi line is any good.

Ahhhh thanks for clarifying Pete. Been a long week, my brain is fried. Now I see how I read it wrong, I was shocked because I know how much Tom enjoys the navi B01.

Let's just pretend the last 5 posts don't exist. :lingsrock: I may deserve a facepalm but let's not go there.

SOHC with a ceramic bezel and in-house movement would be bad ass. Not to mention some extra WR rating and it'll be a true contender among divers...

why not a SO 44 with a ceramic bezel and and in house? They woulf FLY off the shelfs.

Edit - Nice thread, but haven't we missed the most important part- Bakelite?

That'll be nice. As soon as they change the font. The B01 is enough for me. If Breitling does all of the above I might just have to change my mind on a Submariner as my diver.

The PO 42 is a bit too small, the 45 is a bit too big, if Breitling created a 44mm SO, with a three hand in house movement, ceramic bezel with divers pearl, and a brushed case and brushed bracelet it would be a HUGE seller. The dial should either be all batons, or numerals like the current abyss; the current SO 44 dial is unbalanced IMO. And I want the tip of the seconds hand to be Breitling yellow. give me a clasp that's easily adjustable like the OR clasp and I'll pay whatever they want for one.

"Cause-in-fact is determined by the "but for" test: but for the action, the result would not have happened. For example, but for running the red light, the collision would not have occurred. For an act to cause a harm, both tests must be met; proximate cause is a legal limitation on cause-in-fact."

But for my trial paralegal's head being buried up her a## all day, I might have had the presence of mind to type "Except."

But for Breitling's breach of the standard of design decorum, I would still give a darn about the brand. Actually I do, but older models only.

Or, in Latin, et tu Breitling.

Congrats Roff, I have appreciated your knowledge and experience and thank you for your time and effort. I agree with some of your rant and understand where you are coming from with the rest but as a younger generation watch collector, and a SuperOcean Abyss owner I love my rubber straps and bezel cover. I am the new school watch owner, and hopefully they will have lines that both of us will love to own!!! I hope your not in line buying a watch from the "other" company right now.....

scanned through the last few posts and then had to do a double take.

Totally misread it as "except for the nazi's"!
