Breitling told me that a full charge will give about 6 weeks in normal use. When using the alarm, and chronograph and timer a lot, it will be less off course.

I was told, tht the charge would be somewhere between one and three month, depending on the intensity of use of the functions.

Very nice... and stealthy. Like the new style seconds hand. Congrats!

Can you give us more details on the size ?( thickness, lug length)

Thanks.

I am definitely in the market for the B50. I know presentation is not supposed to be before Reno in September, but maybe somebody already spotted this beauty in the wild? All impressions welcome!!

I really like the strap. Does anyone know if it will be available with SS buckle? I think it would look good on my SOH46.

Why does Breitling insist on scrolling through functions with the crown? A simple button (ala $20 digital watches at Target) is a much better design. Also, why not display the date with all functions? This drives me crazy. They make this great digital utility watch that isn't designed to actually be used with ease between functions. A Casio is still a much better utility watch.

The failure to display date with the other functions is the reason I sold my Aerospaces and am sticking with the Hamilton Flight Timer as my ana-digi.

They need somebody like me who actually uses - really USES - these watches on their design team.

I don't care what it looks like, if I can't use it, I'm not going to buy it.

What a disappointment.

I do like the PVD though.

Wish they would have used a timer bezel instead of that stupid compass thing.

Regular guys can and do go bigger than 43-44mm. You just have to will it.
