OK Guy's,

I had a situation back in 2007 where I had purchased a Bentley GT at my local AD. At the time, before I was the EXPERT I am now I found myself longing for the full sized Bentley. This was back when my nephew Naviman was still alive and enjoying his LINGS daily along with me. Well I got lucky and the Bentley GT was not sealed properly and developed some discoloration around the inside of the bezel that turns inside of the watch. Naviman and I went back to the AD where I purchased the Bentley GT and the regional LING REP just happened to be there visiting that day. If you go back in the archives of this forum this story has been told before. Well Anyway, they told us that he was at lunch in one of the restaurants right by there and he would be back soon. So Naviman and I went where they told us he was having lunch. We sat there for a while and looked around and 2 guy's got up and started to walk out when I noticed one of them was wearing a SOLID GOLD Chronomat. I KNEW that he was the regional rep immediately, who else would be wearing a solid Gold Chronomat ? so I stopped him and made arrangements to meet him back at the store and then the games began. I wanted the FULL LING Bentley anyway so he offered to take my defective Bentley GT, fix it and get it back to me in about 3 weeks and I THREW A FIT !!!!!! I told him I didn't want to be without my new LING for even one minute and that I wanted a Full Sized Bentley and would pay the difference right now which turned out to be about $900 and I wanted it RIGHT NOW NOW NOW !. Well, the store manager, the general manager and the regional rep all had a Pow Wow and then the store manager came up to me and said "OK which one do you want ? I had already been looking in the display case and the one I wanted is the one you guy's see in the videos I post. So they gave in and sent me off with the Bentley I really wanted in the first place which is another subject that has come up here numerous times, but the bottom line is that the regional Rep took my business card and sent me a CORNUCOPIA of LING goods to my office. I got 2 LING hats, a LING golf shirt, and a LING backpack along with a very well written letter from the rep. I was impressed at the quality of service and PR that was demonstrated by the LING rep. Now maybe we should be looking at other brands that aren't "Too Heavy" and hurt our wrists ! Give me a f******* break ! I guess this video explains the problem that so many of our associates are having here with their LINGS

I like the valet tray. I think this is the first item of Breitling swag I have ever seen that I would actually use.

I bought my SA new from an authorized dealer last August. I was supposed to get a hat but they were out of stock. They told me to keep checking back with them, and when they would come in I could have one. I went back every month until December when they told me that the promotion was finished. I ended up with nothing

! Is there somewhere to email to get my hat?

I don't know where you're based but I mailed Breitling in Granges, Switzerland with a copy of my guarantee asking for a cap. A few days later I received one by mail.

If you are in Canada they don't mail them to you, they get sent to the AD. Just walk in and ask for one.

Yeah...from the sound of it, the swag in Canada isn't a limited-time thing. It sounds like your AD just didn't want to be bothered, or was cheaping out...or maybe both.
