I got mine from Olympus Jewels in NYC. High quality VS2 stones set in a original Breitling bezel. I believe another poster earlier in the thread also did (although he couldn't remember the name). Very happy with it 8)

Beautiful watch and nice shot. Welcome to the site. :)

Thats a better job than most, but its wierd the way they left part of the slash on the orig bezel there to see, kinda odd.

I happen to know Al and yes I am from NY. What is your name and where are you from? I would like to take a moment of my time to speak with Al and Avi next week when I go in there. I don't like what I am hearing and would like to get involved. Whether your right or wrong I would like to intervene if you don't mind. I have spent several thousand dollars with them and have been treated right. I have referred people from out of town and they have been treated correctly as well. I will shop with Liori for all of my future needs and would like to help you if you want the help.

Thank you for your williness to help in this matter, but I think I have a handle on it, I have the NYC BBB and my credit card company involved at this point. All I wanted is to have Liori diamonds honor there craftsmanship/warranty, and when I sent my watch in for the 2nd time, for the same three diamonds I did not know they had used glue to hold three of the diamonds in, So in hind sight, what I know now, I would have been just sending my bezel back in again and again...untill Al would have acknowledged the problem of overdrilling the bezel. And I'm sure Al is a good guy , in our phone conversations at no time did either one of us raise our voice or make threats, it was a matter of fact conversation, I also asked to speak to Avi the owner three times but was told "he is too busy" Al made the decision not to honor his warranty, and with a consumer retail based business one would think you take care of your customers in a time where every dollar counts, I have had work done on pieces before ( Not by Liori Diamonds ) and if there was a problem they acknowledged it then fixed it end of story, This is not the only nice watch I have owned , I have had watches like.. Day Date Rolexs, Cartier, IWC .....Some one once told me a true reflection of a business is not the price and how the sale goes but the ture test is how they handle issues after the fact if any, and in Liori diamonds case they failed.
So again for people like myself that don't live in the "big city" and have to do business by mail and/or phone, Liori Diamonds is not the best choice realy not even a good choice it's a bad choice, because if they make a mistake on your watch as a customer we have to pay for it when there warranty states "Our merchandise has a limited lifetime warranty, and is guaranteed against defects in manufacturing and workmanship" Again I am here to tell you they do not stand behind there craftsmanship/warranty what they tell you means nothing, I am proof when it came down to exciser the "warranty" Al said "I call you back in ten minutes" hung the phone up put my unfixed bezel in the mail and stoped taking my calls...
So Dmyglass I appreciate your offer to help in this matter but I think we are past that point and by the way I am from Michigan, Al will know who I am

LOL at buying that little tiny diamond bezel for a SA and then complaining as if you spent some real money on it. You dont get S class service buying 4 cylinder C classes, My breit bezels got nothing less then .35 at minimum on 6.75s and .50s on the SA, step your game up window shopper

I don't know why you even bothered Al with this ridiculous problem. I can see why he stopped answering your calls over this petty issue. If the glue stopped holding the diamond in place, you should have just glued it back in. Why would you waste all of that money and time on shipping the bezel back to Liori when you could have just fixed it yourself? Also, does anyone have any Rolexes for sale? I need some money drastically.

I'll get a diamond bezel as soon as Green Bay gives me my signing bonus.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure the service for an S class is about the same as a C class, now performance and comfort will be different. Whether I buy a cheap Benz or and expensive one, if the hood flies off while I'm driving, Mercedes better damn well take care of it.
