I am rarely without my Seawolf when I sleep.

I've been trying to sleep with my watch on for a while now. When I'm asleep I obviously don't feel it. It's helpful when I wake up in the middle of the night but I'm worried the watch scratch or damage when I lie on it or something.

I sleep maybe 30% of the time with watch on, 70% with watch off and in the watch case.
Mainly stays on the wrist when I'm really tired and too lazy to take it off lol.
