Hey.....I personally like the rubber inserts, takes away from that too much metal look. I would love to add them to my black-eye grey Chronomat 44. I believe all you have to do is slightly loosen the screws around the bezel and carefully remove the spring, and then do the same to attach the new one. Does anyone know a way to get one of these bezels so I can swap it myself? Thanks!

Exactly. Especially for 6, 7, 8,000 dollar watches. The "cushion" dial center on the 2010 Cockpit looks great. But putting a similar shape into the middle of a chronograph dial looks cluttered, clumsy and ill-conceived.

Sorry I havent been in a long time in BS.com, however today I came back to see what new breitlings have come out. Im sad to see that Breitling is going from bad to worse. First the buck rogers, the square, now they put rubber inserts on their best looking model, the FF (named after a freediver, sad as well). Anyway, I would love to see breitling come back to its roots.

Oh, and now they give that horrid cardboard box. The excellent bakelite is gone. Where is the madness gonna stop?

I had a flying fish for like a day but definitely didnt have the rubber. I like how it tones down the bling factor.

That is going to be the tough part.
Breitling does not sell parts and the only way they will swap a bezel is with the same type if the original one is damaged beyond repair.
Unless of course you have a very, very friendly AD who could order one for you or if it is not what you know but who you know ;-)
The only other option is eBay (or similar) but given that it is such a recent model, I dont like the chances at all.
