a few quick and dirty pics of my freshly arrived REAL SA!!! Currently has the Brown Croc strap on it. I will take some more pics at some point this week. With the PRO 2 Stainless, and the 2 custom straps I originally purchased for the original but FAKE SA. This face is black on mine where the fake one was blue so hopefully the other customs straps still look good.

Nice good luck with that, question, did breitling confiscate the fake one, or did PayPal want it back? Just curious.

Breitling did not confiscate it. The service center took pics and filed it as fake with Breitling USA. I am waiting for Paypal/ebay Mastercard to get back with me to give me the sellers address. He has not emailed me back with it. Plus I will be waiting to hear back officially from Paypal so that the address us verified.

Yeah, I have to say it was a trying time. Just kept on it and gave them as much info as possible. At this point waiting to get his address is bad too. I just want to send it back and truly have it done with. It is currently on my winder and has sat on it since I got it back from the service center.

Just feels good to have a Real SA on my wrist. All papers with it. Just had a complete service ($1200 worth. they basically replaced all internals) on 5-1-13 as well. So got the 1 year warranty and a brand new watch basically. Things happen for a reason I guess.

I am out $135 for the report that I had to get to prove it was fake, $80 for the Pro 2 diver strap I purchased when I first got the fake one because the strap that came on it was to small. Plus $35 to ship it to the service center and whatever shipping is going to be once I get an address. But in the end $300 and a HUGE lesson learned is better than having a $3400 paper weight at home.

Like I said I cant wait until I get the seller's address and just ship it back and really be done with it.

There should be harsh punishment for people caught selling fakes, especially the ones trying to pass them off as the real deal. Way back in the day when they still boiled people in oil and all that good stuff people thought twice before they did stupid stuff. Maybe they were on to something...lol

HAHAHA. I would never sell it. No need to have another one out there in the public. I actually heard back from the seller today with his address. I confirmed the address with Paypal. Will be taking pics of everything it came with, video and pics of the watch working as well as the chronograph working. So there is no question. It will be shipped back to him tomorrow and hopefully that is it.

Just now to enjoy the real one.

Your telling me. I posted a pic right after I joined the forum. Everyone said it was real, my AD said it was real as well. Problem was on here as well as my AD only saw the dial from straight on. Neither saw the movement (non Breitling) the separation between the bezel and the case (can see from the side), as well as the serial number belonging to a naviworld.

I am just glad I sent it in when I did. If it wasn't for this forum and everyone on here. I would have never sent it in for service either at the time I did. Because it was running 10-15 seconds fast per day. If it wasn't for the info on here I would have just chalked it up to my phone being off, my other way he's being slow etc.....

So a big thank you to this group. I am so glad I found everyone on here. It really is a brotherhood.

Thanks to Watch nut he tracked down a few Gilden Straps. Enjoy the pics. Quite comfortable especially for the price.

I was calling them glidden straps, it's gilden I just noticed after looking at your pics. What a dummy I am, they look great on the SA it's a real beefy strap 24mm all the way down with no taper. Enjoy those bad boys.
