On top of the Breitling box. I slept with my watch on a few times, and discovered a couple small annoying scuffs on the bezel and chimney.

On the wrist of the hand that holds the assault rifle i sleep with in my bunker... Yeah, safe old Switzerland is not what it used to be...

Just kidding... In a safe somewhere in an undisclosed location for the ones i dont wear and on my nightstand for the one i do.

If it's my Colt, then it's on the nightstand, my sub will be in the winder. If I have been wearing the sub then it is on the nightstand, with the Colt in it's box. As you have guessed the
Colt is a super quartz, no need for the winder.

I have 2 SA's. One is on the winder and the other one goes on top of the winder at night. Padded leather keeps the scuffs away.

I have a bank of winders for automatic movements, trays on the window sill for eco-drive/atom synch and tray for quartz/super quartz. Then I know where all my watches are and it makes it easy to choose which one to wear next...

The one I am wearing goes on a pad on my night stand. the others are in Breitling zippered soft cases and in a safe. The four of my Breitlings that have 1000ft or better go into the shower with me and washed with antibacterial soap and a surgical scrub brush, I am a plumber but I have a Doc friend, and the Navi gets wiped down with a damp cloth and dried.

In a 5-slots chinese padded wooden box with my other 4 watches placed in a special order: 1 blue dial in the middle, 2 white/silver dials in postion 2 and 4, black dials in position 1 and 5.

OCD? Naaaaa.
