Right handed and right wrist. I bang the heck out of my watches but besides that it usually doesn't present an issue unless I'm wearing the U-Boat (wife's idea to get that one). The crown protector digs into the top of my wrist if I bend my hand up too much. Other than that (and paying too much for what is an average watch) I like the looks of it.
