it's not fair to compare one AD from the other. the cost, location, customer pool… even not from each other can be very different. As we know, different business have different margins. I can imagine watch dealers get more margin on each deal, but they don’t go as fast as coffee in starbucks. I got 15% off on the last CA in stock. the rep treat me with respect at the very beginning, even though I seem younger than most of the visitors there. In Breitling AD, the whole experience is more important than bargaining hard for couple of percentage, I think.

I got my second Breitling from a local AD ten years ago. At that time, I had a Colt which I had owned for about 10 years, and paid about 675.00 for. I got 800.00 from the AD when I traded up to my SuperOcean. I recently purchased a Raymond Weil quartz, original price 1395. and got it for 1150.00. I do know that the AD will give 25% if I trade in my SuperOcean for a new model, and more if I trade it on a more expensive model, such as a Cockpit. I am very satisfied with the service and advice I get there, and would not think of buying a Breitling anywhere else. I have not asked what discount I would get however if I didn't do a trade, and simply purchased a new model.
Cheers,
Carl
