This guy (who had just come out of MY VIP buyers room) had just purchased a Rolex (don't know the model, forgive me) a Super Avenger, a Hercules, a Patek Phillip for his wife, and one of the Bentley models (he didn't mention which one).

Thats one way to get an instant high-end watch collection, unless the guy had more than 2 arms? Wasn't an octopus was he?

Congratulations!!! Nice pickup and good story

In a perfect world we'd all get great customer service but sadly despite the fact we are purchasing a luxury item it doesn't always equate to luxury service :(

Still in the end it all works out, you get the piece you desire and that desire and passion long outlasts the experience of the purchase :D

Not only did he have only 2 arms, he told me he made a similar purchase a year ago and he hasn't taken 3 out of the 5 watches from that purchase out of their boxes yet. I kind of thought this guy didn't like money all that much.

It's not often you get such words of encouragement. Congrats on the purchase and its great to see that she too walked away with a very nice souvenir.

Call me a skeptic (or married), but I think she already knew she wanted that Colt. Her out-of-the-blue comment was designed to get you into the AD's. Being the good husband you are, it worked lol.

have a pretty good idea where you got that watch, and I'm surprised you got a discount at all.

Orlando (or most of Florida), is a terrible place to buy watches at a discount. Lots of tourists and wealthy persons who won't blink at paying full price

I showed her your comment. She just smiled and walked away. I guess I should never underestimate how smarter she is than me.
