I have to go with the Wolf, as you can see..................dial colour up to you. However, of my 'Lings, it's the one that gets most comment and all of it positive. I think it's probably the heaviest too; it certainly wouldn't blow away in a hurricane
Take it from me, now you've got into the 'which one' scenario, you'll end up with more than one, for sure. But start off with the SW and you won't look back...............just forward to your Aerospace. Enjoy, my friend.

There's some more in the 'Gallery', if you've not spotted 'em already.

I think it will just be a matter of time before you buy both watches. :)

So, which watch do you want to own first?

I'm going to vote for the Aerospace. It is the one that you have wanted for many years. I was in the same boat, and I'm glad I bought my dream watch.

Now I am saving for my next one. It will probably be a SuperOcean Chrono, but I'm not sure. I do know it will be a mechanical.

Just my thoughts. You win either way. :lingsrock:

Hmmm ... I see the votes for the Aerospace have crept up overnight :lingsrock:
But still an incredibly strong support for the Seawolf 8)
I think everyone is right, my journey into Breitling has just started and it will not end with my 1st watch
I really think I will end up owning both watches "at some point" but as it won't be for a while, I really want to choose my 1st one correctly and be 100% happy with it & feel I made the right choice.
I have strong personal views for both watches and want to get my head straight before heading down to the AD to order my final choice.
I may not even know until the day of ordering, having tried them both on again in the shop

The only Breitling I was familiar with was the Aerospace when I started. It was my dream watch as well as there were several people that I worked with for quite a few years that had the Aerospace. Finally the opportunity came up for a SE buy and I was in a financial position to buy the Aerospace so I did! I have no regrets and love the watch...however...and this is a big however...

Then I found the rest of the Breitling line and now I "need" a Cosmonaute and a SA, maybe even a Black Steel. Definitely addicting!!

If I were in your shoes, I would definitely plan on getting both, and like Driver 8 said, just figure out which you want to get first! I would go with the Aerospace as that is the one that you have always wanted, save, save, save some more and before you know it, you will have the Seawolf!

Tough decision I wish you the best!

For what it's worth my personal preference is the Seawolf because, as has been said earlier, it's mechanical.

Still you'll probably eventually end up with both  so while it's difficult now it will all work out in the end.

Which one you can see on your wrist right now?

Arr Mr Lynch ... thank you for your comments :lingsrock:
I saw the "amazing" pics of your personalised aerospace in the photo's section 8)
Sensational photo's, truly amazing and great to see the Aero being used in the sky too.
I keep leaning towards the Aero and then towards the Seawolf ... and then glancing at the cockpit
It was so simple when the only watch I associated with Breitling was the Aerospace.
But now, I have a whole new appreciation for the entire ling range.
One thing is for sure, the Aero has been my dream watch for years now, but the Seawolf I have only just discovered.
My gut feel right now, is that I will go for the Aero ... and realise a goal I have had for years of owning a B Aero.
Then ... I can get to work on saving some more cash and eventually starting my ling "collection"

Re the post above, I "think" I am leaning back towards the Aero for the reasons noted, but hope to then acquire the Seawolf in time.

Ofcourse, that could all change once I am at the AD trying both on for one last time, before placing my order :lingsrock:

I was in a very similar situation myself. For 45 years I'd lusted after a Navitimer; i thought that was the 'only' 'Ling out there. Then, when it became possible to make a purchase, I fell upon this fine forum of knowledgeable gentlemen and so began my beautifully painful journey into 'Ling enlightenment and an empty bank account !!! My first acquisition was the Skyland, followed rapidly by the long awaited Navi then the Wolf...........and, what next ??

Enjoy the journey and this forum, my friend.

I would go for your dream watch and get the aerospace. Yeah, the seawolf is a good watch, but I think you would be happier getting your dream watch.

Hmmm I am now thinking I would really like the Seawolf, but NEED the Aero :)

Still got a couple of weeks to think it over 100% & plan to visit my AD 2 weeks tomorrow to place my order

Having seen Carl's seawolf in person and also the aerospace I would plump for the seawolf! love the aerospace but if the choice was to have a large gap in aquiring the other then I think I would spend that time happier with the seawolf whilst saving for the aerospace! The seawolf is one heck of a chunk of metal on your wrist though, but very comfortable. I happen to love it on the Brown strap carl got, I really think it gives it a vintage feel! By the way, go for the black dial, I personally think it is one of the best black dials out there!

LingAero,

Thanks for your kind words...I do love my Aerospace! I think whatever decision you make will be great...I also have a good feeling that you will eventually end up owning both of them!!

Keep us informed of your final decision!!
