So 3250.00 BNIB is about right?

How about the ref #s do you guys know what the other numbers stand for? BTW the Herc is a cool watch I like the movement and the size. The only down side it the integrated braclet.

This is why I was so bent on getting a Herc, I loved the features of this movement (and the look of the Herc). When you consider the movement, you realize what bargain a used Herc is vs. a Skyracer. I would love to own a white dial Skyracer at some point.

That sounds like a solid deal. :lingsrock: I'm guessing the other numbers will denote the strap/bracelet options.

A few things:

Ref # - 34 = dial colour
G615 = Pro II bracelet with Skyracer end links

The Mark VI uses the Breitling 26 (as does the new 125th anniversary Navitimer) that has the central chrono minutes and seconds.

The Skyracer with the Breitling 27 movement has chrono minutes and hours on the 9 o'clock subdial - are you guys absolutely sure that it has a central chrono minute totaliser as well - I don't think it does??????????

I went to my AD and it does it runs with the Min. totalizer on the sub at 9. It provides a easy way to see the total of min. at a glance. It is actually pretty cool. It has a second sweep hand for the chrono and a min totlizer hand, It looks like a GMT pointer. Thank you for the rest of the info on the ref#. Where do you find this info? I found the basics on BS but the other #'s????

34 can't be the dial color because black and slate has the same # - 23
Strange that some models have the same two ending digits and some don't.
G615 is the dial color and it's silver.

The watch that this # is from is a silver dial on a proII.

Yeah, I was obviously stooopid this morning - no more posts before caffeine.

Reference numbers have three parts - the model, the colour, the strap / bracelet. The one posted didn't have the third part to it and as bnewbie says if it's a Pro II it's 140A. The second part - the G615, as bnewbie also says is the colour. There have been some debates on here previously about what the last two digits of the first part are, but I don't recall a satisfactory explanation.

Apologies for the confusion and thanks bnewbie for acting as my quality control!!
