The Legende has to be my favourite of the current range, but as I've said before (to untold abuse), nothing beats a 1952 806!! Maybe one day.......

I agree with you on the Legende Roff, as I picked a white Legende over the white World.

My favorite Navitimer a month ago was a Montbrillant (white dial), a week ago it was a Montbrillant Datora (white dial) and now it is a Navitimer Cosmonaute (black dial).

It's got to be Classic Black on Black Croc Deployant clasp. I almost went for white but the black face called the loudest. As everyone says there is no subsitute for trying the watches on, pictures just don't do them justice. see below;

I love my black dial Navitimer World, I sometimes think should I have gone for the white/silver dial, but I have to say my new Navitimer Cosmonaute is just leading in front in the favourite stakes now......................................

Cool watch. The minute chrono counter is the date like counter at 9 o'clock - only goes up to 10, but instaed of having an analogue dial it had that digital counter. Movement is unique within Breitling and is based on the ETA2892-A2 platform. Don't think that is was particularly popular at the time it was originally produced, but it's certainly different.

Thank you ROFF !

I think I will pass it up! Its hard to buy a vintage watch when you dont know who the
previous owner was; did he service it? is it 110% authentic?

A few years ago, I had picked up a ROLEX AIR KING date and once at ROLEX, it was ALL bad...

1500$ ...long story :cry: :cry:

Aah yes, that's not bad.

Personally I prefer this example of it (coz it's mine!) :D :

NICE WATCH! I would be afraid to wear this beauty for fear of damaging it...

I think Breitling should produce more display back watches.

Indeed, especially seeing as Seiko can do it with my little Seiko 5 Auto I paid £35 for!
