Nope. Gave mine to a friend who didn't get one when he bought his Aerospace.

I don't wear hats often and won't wear a hat advertising luxury items as it could attract the wrong attention.

Maybe as a knockaround for weekend honey-dos, but in total I think I've worn it once.

Maybe I'm a bit sad but I wear my cap all the time - and it's now 9 years old!

:D

It's a Breitling USA promotion, other markets generally don't supply.

Welcome to BreitlingSource.

Welcome to BreitlingSource.

I bought my Breitling two years ago here in Switzerland and got a cap with it.

Hence "generally".

It's a distributor promotion, not a Breitling central promotion and different markets have different rules. In Canada (where I believe the poster asking is from) promotional items are provided to retailers for distribution at their discretion. In the UK, as has been frequently documented, there is rarely anything.

I believe things in the UK have changed. When I bought my Seawolf, a registration card came with the paperwork, and when filled in and sent to Breitling, they sent me a cap. I was told this is now standard practice with BUK. It also registers the particular watch to the owner/purchaser.

In answer to the OP's question, - no, I don't wear mine. Still sitting in the box it came in.

I actually got two caps with my Seawolf for some reason (sold em on). Still waiting to see if anything comes after blowing £5k on my Military - should get more than a cap IMHO, especially as in the UK, prices seem to be much higher than other markets (exchange rates notwithstanding).

I'd quite like one of those book safes, or a jacket. A £30 hat seems a bit stingy when the customer has spent a few grand. As I see it, much of the profit and goodwill goes to the dealerships. Typical rip-off Britain.

That's good to hear Nick. I had a long drawn out discussion with Breitling UK about this a few years ago about why they should introduce a registration system and was told they would look in to it.

I generally don't wear baseball caps in the UK and eventually got rid of all of mine bar the brown cap. Now I'm here in Western Australia I've taken to wearing either a baseball cap or my bush hat for sun protection, so in that context the Breitling cap does get used occasionally.

I like the Breitling Jacket above with the skulls too, again I've owned a few and my favourite was a down filled winter coat I had that was brilliant in the English winter, not much use here though!

Stef
