While I agree that the photo is much worse than the 'real life' shot, that is one of the uglier Breitling's I've seen from a color-perspective. I don't like the ROO much either - it looks good but for the color. Not sure of the logic behind this edition.

Everything in our little town was quiet, average and just the way folk like it. And then the Circus came to town!

Maybe its because im from Syracuse and we bleed Orange here, but I do like it. Would have to see it first hand however. Hopefully it isnt popular and they will be trying to unload them for the cheap!

Well...it's kind of like a seasonal launch and I have this feeling that there will be more "oranges" coming. Maybe an additional option for the rich who wants to add something different to their collection. As a Chronomat 01 lover I have to say that this is the first time that I am giving a Chronomat 01 version a thumbs down. It's indeed very striking and caught my eye easily as I was browsing in the roadshow. But the main problem is the price as nobody will pay that kind of price to buy something "different" to wear for fun.

Interesting. Definitely not my cup of tea but I'm sure someone will buy it.

I'm curious what the breitling designers are up to. Whatever they are doing is reminiscent of Zenith and their crazy defy line.

I would not be shocked to see breitling go through some sort of revamp similar to zenith in the near future. Well at least one can hope.

It gets you thinking, doesn't it! I'm not sure either but I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall. Wonder what extent social media played in this one too. Colour change anyone!

The difference is that Breitling is independent, so likely that ownership has been an integral part of directional decision making. With Zenith corporate ownership pulled the plug and changed the executive management when things started to go off the rails, with Breitling that won't happen. Even when sales numbers did drive change as with the Chronomat 01 bezel it is only by way of an alternative option (so far).

You never know Roff. With all the boutiques these guys are trying to open and them clamping down on the AD's, sales have to be a serious priority for them.

IMO sooner or later they are going to have to cater to their core audience.

Omega's orange Planet Ocean is an example to follow.

The Omega is by far less screaming than the Raven. But this probalby is exactly the Ravens intention. I'm sure there is an audiance for it out there.

I love it and would wear it with pride. The bold color scheme reminds me a bit of my Light Body.
