Nah, not doing it for me I'm afraid. I've never been a fan of the lighter brown dial - as Roff said, it looks very washed out and faded to me. (Plus...... it's got a white 4:30 date wheel). The standard black dial version is infinitely nicer IMO.

Interesting that you say that.
Do you mean "lighter brown" as in lighter than the black dial or "lighter" brown?
I found the PanAmerican in real life to be quite a lively and dark shade of brown, almost black.
When I saw it a week ago I was not even aware of it's existence so the only thing that struck me at first was the sunburst dial.
It was a moment later after a closer look that I realized that I am looking at a different colour dial.
As I said in my previous post, I think a black sunburst dial would be awesome! Lot more versatile.
Also the Navi 01 LE Blue Sky with a sunburst dial would look amazing I think.
Having said that I love sunburst dials hence I think Breitling would benefit from more options along these lines.

PanAmerica. Is Breitling's name for the light brown tending to grey. Havana is the name for the darker brown / bronze dial (think Monty Legende).

Any chance you could steer me to some examples of the Havana Brown?

The Navi 01 I saw was much, much darker than that. A kind of cross between black and grey.

The Havana changes colors a lot depending on the light. It's a pretty dark brown when inside. Here is another pic where it is darker.

I understand what you are trying to say natasen.
The PanAmerican I saw was more dark grey.
It took me a few moments to realise that it is not the standard black dial and that was in bright Boutique lights.

I meant lighter brown than the bronze (or Havana) dial which is darker IMO.

That Datora doesn't look Havana to me.

This is about as light as i have ever seen Havana:

Did the datora ever come in bronze/brown color besides the Havana color?

Havana dials are notoriously hard to photograph, as they are changing colors in different lighting conditions, photobucket adds to this w/ their inadequate compression; here are two examples (imgur "huge" thumbnails & full res links above)

Agree Fred, but I have. Ever seen a Datora with the colour of that Legende. It did come in what I know as PanAmerican, but maybe Breitling changed naming conventions for colours - we have Blackbird = black steel and Cockpit as a quartz watch now so wouldn't surprise me.
