I think it was a conbination of the oils and a barely wound mainspring. Otherwise I could be in the red tomorrow. But I have tracked it every 6 hours over the last 24 and the rate of change has slowed considerably. (Not that much can be concluded over 24 hours, but it has my attention).

wherever you are or wherever you end up, if its nos it should be under warranty, no? if so, just send it into busa.

slightly off topic but i thot i share....i just a year ago had my CWS go thru a full service by busa via da nyc boutique. it was slow, like -30/day from the moment i got it back and it was not building reserve. i was kinda lazy about it so i didnt take it back till warranty was almost up. got it back and it was still slow a tad. so i went back to nyc boutique and the tech explained that all the settings are done in a sterile lab which is obviously not the way a watch is worn. your environment and routine is highly individualistic and it impacts the movement and how it keeps time. as such he recommended that i bring it back in a few more months once the watch fully settles and is acclimated to me. there is apparently some leeway - faster or slower - in the way a watch is set and once i bring him the data over a 7 day period, he can make final adjustments so that the watch can run within a tighter variance. now dont ask me what adjustments... i have no clue.

learned something new so i thot i share.
