I tried that and seem it can last abt 2days. When I rotate abt 30 turns, I can feel the crown is tight and also hear some clicking noise inside. Is this normal? Will it harm the watch if I wind it every day or two to get the power? Also how active do I need to be when it's on my wrist to get power? Im just not sure what is wrong as it stops even I've got it on for about 8hrs.

You can't overwind it, but that's not the point - if it's not working properly then Breitling need to fix it, but first we need to sort out what the problem is.

A full wind would be 42 hours so that's working fine. Next test is to let it stop completely then give it a full wind and wear it every day to see if it lasts longer. If it still only lasts about 2 days then automatic winding isn't working, if it lasts longer but still stops then you may not be active enough.
