What do you guys think a blackbird or chrono avenger?

I have the original Blackbird. I think it is one of the coolest watches Breitling has ever made. It is very low profile in that the chronos, which are the same color as the dial (matte black), blend in and the watch doesn't look 'busy'. The faceted Pilot bracelet also gives it some unique properties. It's layout is also way different than the other Chromomats, so it gives it a little uniqueness.

Sorry, I meant original as in not the Bluebird, Red Strike, Red Strike Limited, or the unmarked red LE version, so original as in what the second generation Blackbird began of. It was to differentiate my model from the other person who posted a picture. I didn't mean to refer to the first BB that was a Chronomat Evo that was brushed and I did a bad job differentiating.

Close, but you need to go back a couple more years :). The first Blackbird was a variant of Chronomat, produced from 1996. 40mm case, 20mm lugs, standard Chronomat case just brushed all over. In 2002, it became its own model (with its own model number), along with the faceted bracelet and what looked like a unique (though not significantly larger) case.

I chose one of two designs for my first Breitling purchase (as a gift);
The choices were
The Navitimer as this is/was the quintessential Breitling design to me.
The other is the Mission as only Breitling makes this design.
I wanted something unique to Breitling.

Bought the Mission.
