The Montbrilliant 01 LE has been sitting at the local AD for a while now.
Those with good memory may recall that I've been trying to decide here between it and the TO LE back in January.
I'm glad now I went for the TO else I would have been sitting on 3 Navis now :-)
Incidentally they also have the Cosmonaute LE and the Navi 1461 LE.
Surprised to see so many LEs in one shop for that long.
Who knows, if they still have the Cossie in 3-4 months and Mrs. Wessa cools off a bit ..... :-)

Any idea about the price ? (in the UK for example)

Around £6000 on croco strap and around £7000 on bracelet

I think the standard model was like $8560 on the navi bracelet

That is correct, I just looked it up. It is awfully pretty, but IMHO awfully expensive.

Hmmm...TO on Pro III. Well, it's not exactly what I'd hoped for, but I'll keep an open mind. I have two primary concerns. First is fit of the endpieces to the case. The Pro II endpieces did not fit the SO cases well, imo. It was one of my chief complaints about my CSO. Given Breitling's reputation for excellent fit and finish, I thought it showed an astonishing lack of attention to detail by Breitling's designers. I hope Breitling paid more attention when designing the Pro III, and creating endpieces for the models with which it will be paired.

My second concern is that I associate the Professional bracelet line with Breitling's intro-level, "workhorse" models. The Pilot and Navi bracelets are both nicer than the Pro II. Given that the TOC is also 01-based, and has a price point approaching that of the 01 Navis and Chronomats, I assumed if Breitling ever put it on a true bracelet, it would be one of the better bracelets, or perhaps one designed especially for it. I'm concerned that putting it on a bracelet primarily designed for Superoceans (and debuting on the M2000) sends a message, however subtly, that the TO line is a poor cousin of the other 01 lines. That said, I haven't seen the Pro III, so maybe it's nicer than the Pro II.

I know...I've been beating the drum for a bracelet option for the TOC, and now that it is (evidently) here, I'm grumbling. I just really didn't expect it to be a Pro-line bracelet. Again, though, I'm keeping an open mind, however reservedly. I'll certainly be relieved if my concerns prove to be groundless.

I'm glad I'm not the only one concerned with how this will look. I agree that something with the 01 in it should come with a little nicer bracelet option. I have no complaints about my pro 2 on my Colt GMT, but when I had my Evo, I could tell the bracelet felt a lot nicer.

Me too. And, imo, the Pilot on the 01 Chronomats is even nicer, with the upgraded endpieces and clasp. That's why I'm concerned that an 01-based model on a Pro-line bracelet might be a step backwards. But again...I'll keep an open mind.

I'm scouring the net for a Navtimer Montbrilliant 01 LE, and all I can find is listings @ 43mm in diameter.

Roff, you said you are sure they are 40mm, so take your word for it. But where can I find this. Perhaps the site I found one for sale at is listing 43mm incorrectly, grey market, what do they know anyways...

I should start calling around to AD's I guess...

Edit: Found it @ Watchtime. Duh!
