If there's a possibility you may have to sell it soon, it may be wiser to keep the cash handy for now. And it doesn't seem that the prices will climb while you wait.

Thing is that to find one of these locally, with everything included, at a reasonable price is pretty rare in my opinion.

Most of these for sale are in the States and then there is the issue of bringing it to Canada where you will be charged %12 HST in BC along with a %5 import duty.

I can keep this watch forever but I am just trying to see what the situation would be if I do have to sell it in a few months to a year in case I like something else or buy a condo etc.

Would I be able to sell this entire package for $4,200-$4,000 locally in 6m-1yr?

Thanks to all who took the time to share their advice.

I went ahead with the purchase and it being my first watch, I have fallen in love with it.

Thanks again and I look forward to sharing some pictures and learning all I can about these beautiful instruments.

I have a GT and I really like it. It's the smallest of the B4B at around 43mm (I think). It's also thinner so I usually wear it with a suit since it slips nicely under a shirt cuff.
