It comes with all boxes and papers except the original warranty card. To my knowledge, Breitling will work on it as long as it is a genuine Breitling.
As long as the serial number is intact. Less common than it used to be, but grey market used to frequently have removed serial numbers to further protect the originating AD and in that scenario Breitling may well refuse to touch it.
