Big date at 12 o'clock, faceted bracelet, perfect size. Blackbird all the way. If it had a GMT function, it would be PERFECT. :lingsrock:

For some reason I could never bring myself to pay the price premium of a Blackbird over an Evo (pre-owned) but I still loved the look. As a result, I never got either, going cheaper with the Headwind after buying my Navi Heritage. In silver, it's as large as I can handle and looking at Serge's pics, I remember why I thought the World was too big for me. And (shameless plug) mine is still for sale. I wore it today though, and asked myself why. That's another story, posted elsewhere in great detail.

Maybe it's me, but my perception is that the Blackbird prices are coming down a little. If you can buy it right, I might change my opinion and vote Blackbird after looking at the pic of the silver World.

The blackbird has a big date which requires additional modifications to add two date wheels. Is it worth the extra $1000 ish premium? To me, absolutely...but I can understand some not feeling that way. Damn, I gotta buy a brushed bird now

I love the BB, but I'd take a Headwind over anything else discussed in this thread so far. You did alright in my book.

It was part of my multi-watch sale, thought it was sold but wasn't, and now I think I'll keep it. After all, I would have had to change my avatar.

I hope so. But if you're thinking of selling it again, either sell it to me, or...I do this for your own good: :nutkick:

i really like the white dial world whit a brown croco, looks great, but my choice is the BB, i already been in your position in the past and i went to the Bird and also kept the Omega PO XL and didnt regret a bit. When i use the bird i fall in love everytime i check my wrist. But dont sell the PO. those 2 combined are the best lume you can find :)

Image

your taste is very similar to mine :) great stuff :D :lingsrock:

Image

the bird is the perfect breitling for me, just wish it had 2mm more, the blackbird whit the size of the PO would be mindblowing.

P.S. just wait until AlanM shows the ultimate picture of the Bird whit UTC, now thats a convincing one :)

Difficult choice for me as both choices appeal to me. It depends thought on what you're planning to do with your watch, as D8 said.

I voted BB. But it has to be a black eyed blue.

Black eyed blue looks nice, but not my thing. I really like the all black face.

CHOICES!!!!! Gotta sell that PO first.
