I just looked at the Breitling Service videos to see what services they provide. It's a lot more comprehensive than I had imagined, thus now I understand the cost associated with it!

Recommend you look at the videos on Breitling's website, it may give you an once of confidence (it certainly did for me!).

ive seen that video. the only problem is it seems like thats only true if it goes back to breitling. NOT the u.s. service centers...

maybe im just being paranoid, but over on WUS forums, mostly in the omega group. it seemed like an awfull lot of watches received less than optimal care/servicing by the NJ service center.
when i heard the breitling u.s. service center was in NJ also i cringed. maybe im totally out of line here, but i have a hunch the same person that works on omega's, etc. also works on breitlings! it makes sense to me. i bet if you looked into it, theirs probably some classes, etc. that gets you certified to work on diff. manufacturers watches. especially since most of these watches all have some version of an ETA movement.

BUSA is in Wilton, CT, not NJ.

Those videos accurately reflect a Breitling service by any Breitling trained watchmaker.

Whatever problem you are hearing may be just an Omega problem. A few months ago I ran into a guy in my long-time watch guy's store who could not get his PO to run properly through Omega. My guy did something which allowed the rotor to operate in a different fashion, I forget what it was, and it has run perfectly ever since.
