hmmm my previous watch , i bought a watch with lug to lug width of 55. the lugs of this watch stick out of my wrist.

i asked opinions of friends n they say theres nothing wrong, and my watch isnt too big for me

Case diameter is measured without crowns or lugs, so the 55mm measurement you took doesn't jibe with the numbers we've been discussing. If you still have that watch, measure the case diagonally from 2:00 to 7:00; that should give you a comparable number.

I think 1:00 - 7:00 or 2:00 - 8:00 would be more accurate.

You're right, my mistake. 2:00 is diametrically opposite 8:00 on the dial.
