Here in the states, I've never had a problem. First I got a hat, then a small swiss army knife, then a nice pen and a case. I love a company that sends gifts. :yeahthat

This thread go me thinking - I bought and new Chronomat Evolution last month and never received a registration card from the AD to send back to the distributor here in Australia (DKSH Australia).

I sent them an e-mail on Friday through their website and received a reply from the General Manager within 10 minutes apologising for the oversight and asking me to e-mail details of the watch and in return, he would send me two of the current black and white Breitling caps.

Very impressed with the quick repsonse :D

You get something for each purchase. For regular models, the first gift is a hat, followed by swiss army knives, lighters, pens etc. Eventually you end up with umbrellas, backpacks, jackets. Buying an expensive model like a solid gold version usually moves you right up the food chain and can land you a big one like a jacket right right away.

What do you need to do in order to receive the gift? The AD didn't mention anything to me when i purchased my watches....

Yes we get get something pretty much after each purchase. As others have stated, the gifts increase as you buy more or more expensive watches. BUSA has been very good to me. :santa:

In the US you shouldn't need to do anything, the AD sends in the registration and BUSA send you the hat.

Not always the case though. Bought my first one and had to contact Breitling about a hat. Bought my second one from George he sent in the registration etc also and nothing from Breitling. Which remind me I need to dig out my serial number and send Breitling an email I am owed something for sure.

I purchased a Breitling Colt Automatic II on July 20 and received my cap in the mail today (black hat, white embroidery), so give or take 3+ weeks time after purchase. My question is will I still receive gifts occasionally (knives, pens, etc..) or do I have to keep on purchasing to receive them? Or is it a one gift per purchase kind of deal?

Thanks

You've got to keep buying, at least until you have a reputation for buying a lot of Breitlings.
