No special edition here, as sharkman said, it's the AR coating that "may" cause it to look blue in pics only but no way in person! This watch looks big no matter what and you'll see the difference in that dull white that the SA offers versus the textured look of the black dial SA.

I disagree about the white being dull. I have the white dial with baton markers and its everything but dull. I thought the white was going to be too white actaully compared to my off-white Bentley 6.75 but actually its always looks clean and fresh and I love it.

Just go see them in the metal - it's the only way.

It's all good, just my opinion. I don't particularly like the white of the SA as compared to other Breitling whites, off whites, etc. It looks like regular white paint to me and in the end seeing them in person was the game changer for me. As much as I like how white goes with a lot, so does black, probably even more so and the black rubber just looks better with the black dial imho. It's all about personal preference though and accessorizing as you see fit, so yes do yourself a favor and go and see them!

I have a black dial SA with the " stencil " numbers. I love it. The dial does indeed turn blue under different light conditions. A multi hued dial makes it more interesting. But as always , go and try on different combinations and see which one "speaks" to you. Then you will know.
