Not totally convinced with the Blacksteel version. Thought it would have a matt appearance to it, the lugs look shiney black in the photos.

So do they offer both versions in Blacksteel, the polished and brushed?

The regular one is still one of my top 2 fav Breitlings

Nicely done.

I bought my BSBB whilst on Honeymoon in the Carribean about 3 weeks ago. Number 431/2000. I'll try and get some pic's up when I get home.

Well congratz with your new acquisition ! I'm pro Blackbird and I really don't care if the are polished, brushed nor black or blue dial.
The blacksteel version looks awesome too :bow:
After 6 weeks decided to cancel my BB order and got myself aan B01, but my next one will be a BB brushed for sure :lingsrock:

If I were into black dials on watches the BB polished would be on my wrist now! One of the best looking in Breitlings lineup IMHO.

More pics!! I have never seen one of these in person! And you never see the polished ones on this forum, its always the brushed it seems like. Wrist shots etc!! Now!! :lingsrock:

Those are two nice flocking pieces. Is the PVD less susceptible to scratching?

It's not PVD, it's DLC and there are dozens of topics on it - use the search function.

Once I get home in a couple of weeks and actually get to wear it I'll take some better pics and wrist shots and glamor shots and maybe a head shot while I'm at it. I got a brown calf strap that I'm actually going to put it on, I think the polished head and bracelet may be a bit too much bling me.
