Fixed the smilies on my lunch break. The rest will have to wait, unfortunately as I have no idea what is causing it.. but if its a time issue it may be the server and not the software. Sorry for the inconvenience!

From what I was seeing I think it was the servers. I think flood settings can cause similar problems in terms of posting, but that wouldn't cause the time to show off.

As bnewbie says it seems to have been fine for the last 32 hours or so.

As of this writing everthing appears normal once again - speed is normal, no more error message when posting - whatever you did corrected the issue and/or issues.
