Are you the type of person to buy it and keep it for life?
If there is any chance that you will want to sell your watch in a year or two, you will get killed on the two Breitling options, but the rolex will hold its value very well.
The CSO sells for under $2K on the resale market, and the Chronomat sells for $2400-2700 used. I think your prices are all quite good deals for new AD watches, but the price you are getting for the GMT is better than most... thats a great deal.
I know many here will disagree, but I do feel that the Rolex is the better quality watch of the three, the Chronomat is Breitling's best seller, and the CSO is the least popular of the three. CSO's tend to be very hard to sell on the used market, likely due to the smaller size, because it is a very nicely made watch and equal to the Chronomat in features and build quality.
If you buy it to wear and enjoy, then it is simple, choose the one you like most. The quality and price is great on all three, you can't go wrong. Try them on, and follow your gut.
If future value is a consideration, then GMT for sure. Chronomat second and CSO third.
